We build, repair, clean, and service water features all across the Front Range. Our home base is in Longmont, Colorado, about 15 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver.
Full time – 35 to 40 hours per week. 4 ten hour days a week.
SKILLS and ABILITES:
Requires Excellent verbal and written communication skills for employee management and client interaction.
Customer Service skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to strap boulders, lift 50 to 75 pounds, shovel with no difficulty.
Manage a build crew and stay on target timeline.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in landscaping or construction pertinent to digging and using rocks in landscape.
Reliable work history, attendance, and punctuality.
Valid driver’s license. (no DUI)
WHAT THE JOB WILL LOOK LIKE:
We work 4 to 10 hour workdays and and sometimes more than that.
To work with Field Operations Manager and team to complete builds and maintain desired project timeline.
Able to continue project when Field Operations Manager is not available.
Maintain a positive work environment and attitude for crew.
Promote a safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Planning for efficiency on job sites by using the proper amount of equipment and resources to meet the needs of the project.
Provide customer service to the customer throughout the job and answer their questions.
Leadership skills are essential to this role. One of your key responsibilities will be the coaching and development of your direct reports. Through quality planning, you will also ensure that your team takes the proper approach and has the needed amount of equipment, manpower and resources.
Attend and sometimes conduct meetings as necessary and be an integral contributor to benefit the success and growth of the company.
Maintain open and constant communication with team and the ability to resolve conflict within the personal team.
Develop and work with employees to build and support a team environment.
Job monitoring or quality control work.
Train crews and ensure proper equipment usage.
