Colorado Pond Pros builds, maintains, cleans and repairs ponds in people’s yards.  While we can work on larger ponds, most of the ponds we take care of are smaller (15 ft x 12 ft, 20ft x 10 ft etc).  We know most people have not had pond experience and that is ok!  We will train you!

 

We work all across the Front Range. Our home base is in Longmont, Colorado, about 15 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver.  Our crews meet each morning and then head out on routes together, in company trucks.

Pond Tech – Job Description

 

The person in this position will meet our crew at our equipment yard at the beginning of the shift.  We provide the work trucks and equipment.

We are looking with a good work ethic and good physical stamina. Skills in customer service and problem solving are very important. Must have a valid driver’s license, no DUI and a smartphone.

This is an active job and if you enjoy the physical challenges of working outside, this will be a good fit for you.

We are looking for people who:

  • are ready to learn something new
  • like to work outside
  • think through and find ways to solve problems
  • have skills in customer service
  • don’t mind getting dirty
  • would like to work in and around really cool ponds and waterfalls
  • can drive a truck and trailer (CDL not necessary but if you do have one – tell us!)
  • can demonstrate good, safe driving habits
  • valid driver’s license, no DUI and a smart phone.

Pay starting $18 to $20 an hour with potential for growth.

Full time – 35 to 40 hours per week.
